We Had the Automation. Nobody Was Using It.

We were paying for an automation platform nobody used. I built a replacement that let engineers keep their working scripts and take better care of them.

A Green Report Has to Mean Something.

I was asked to replace repeated manual console checks. Keeping the results let me spot changes over time. Reviewing my own checks also showed where a healthy score was hiding missing data.

I Built Three Apps to Help Run Encampment.

I commanded Operation Diamond Forge 2026 and built the apps we used to prepare for it and run it. Staff needed answers on their phones. Participant records needed to stay private.

A Board Member Shouldn’t Have to Go Find the Book.

The board needed member, plot, and ledger records on their phones. I also had to get burial availability right: a plot can hold more than one kind of arrangement.

The AI Finished. I Still Had to Check the Work.

AI helped me build infrastructure tools, web apps, and an iOS app. It also produced work that looked finished and wasn’t. I had to learn how to check it as carefully as I directed it.
